Parameter Estimation  - Coupled Ordinary Differential Equations

based on D.R. De Buyser and J.A. Spriet, K.U.Leuven,                            OPTISIM: an Optimization-Simulation Environment for Model Building. In: Simulation Environments and Symbol and Number Processing on Multi and Array Processors,     R.C.Huntsinger et al.(eds), SCSI, San Diego,CA,16-21,1988.   Extended to maximum 5 independent variables, 100 coupled differential equations with real and complex normal and goniometric expressions (Complex number = Re + i.Im = [Re,Im]), real and complex normal and goniometric matrices, variable step and semi-stiff integration, Nelder-Mead (non-constrained and constrained) and machine-learning pattern-search (Hooke-Jeeves) optimization, parameter estimation (absolute or relative) of maximum 100 parameters in multiple data-sets,  maximum 100 2-Dimensional, 3-Dimensional plots of real and complex data (visibility is used for imaginary part of complex numbers).                                                                                                                        Developed in Java-Android.                                                 Calculations in back-ground while other applications may run
